No start

I did an engine swap, it started once and ran like crap wouldn't idle, then died, can't get it to start again, just cranks. Any solutions for this problem

or is it an EM drive?

I suspect this is a 1997 F350 so it will be a powerstroke.

He's about an hour or so away from me.
Would assume a 97 psd also.
But.... that's like saying, my chip bag is empty, what happened?
