Looks like part of a AC/Heater duct work. The part that goes under the dash. Couldn't tell you what it's from, though.

my guess is the evaporator and blower motor housing from under the hood, passenger side of a F-Series Truck. If it is, it looks like someone is adding AC to their truck If thats not what it is i am clueless

Well I know it's a heater/ac box of sorts and it's found in the arms of the guy holdin it....
