As far as openly quoting the word "oilburners" in public messages, that is censored. In PM's they don't censor....yet.

I gotta say I like the idea of having the 6.9 and the 7.3 forums in one place a lot more than TDS, since so much of the tech is so similar.

That's the way things started out on TDS, before they broke them up. An unfortunate decision I think. To many of the 7.3 people don't go down to the 6.9 forum, and visa versa.

I never even think about going to the 7.3 at TDS. I know there is a lot of good info, I just haven't had time to read the posts in 2 forums. Now, it's 3 with comming over here also. And thats just for the truck, nevermind the Mustang, Ebay, Motorsports, etc,etc. No wonder I'm on the computer all the time.

hey. at least you are close to Mel. Just mention the word diesel and trains and he's all ears. he might even show up to help troubleshoot. Only issue i have with him is he likes "growlers". Ask him, he'll tell ya.

You have got to have something to do, I don't think he is married and no kids, but a WARFIGHTER to the letter. Anyhow, I dropped in the other day and decided to sign in and see what is going on? Anyhow, what caused the mass exodus over at TDS? I never really noticed anything, but I mainly hang around the IDI areas, and the T&H and general a little bit. I am huge reader, I rarely post unless it is something I am really interested in, so I miss alot of stuff. Anyhow, it is great to see all you guys over here. I can't IMAGINE all the stuff I would still be doing if I never met you fellers. Let alone, all the money I would still have in my pocket!! Just kidding, it is money well spent. I am going through withdrawals right now though. I haven't driven the truck in about a week, since I don't want to aggravate the HG's anymore than I have and I am still waiting for the Headstuds from Summit Racing. Anyhow, again, thanks for the invite and look forward to a long time with you fellers. Scotty

Nah actually I purchased her with just about all those mods - I only added the BHAF/Heatsheild and AMSOIL bypass system and some exterior goodies, sat radio and air freshener. All the performance mods were not my doing. But this is going to shock you....


I actually turned down the power. - gasp! Yes me turn down the power - she's got more than enough trust me. Just ask Mel! He rode in her this week and this was with her turned down - she was running stronger before I got my hands on her. Now when driving along at 20mph I can't smoke the rear end it just spins the tire for 1 truck length instead of all the way down the street. - gotta save on some rubber it was getting expensive ya know...
