No the slave is barely moving, maybe 1/2 inch. I know the problem exists in the hydraulics.

could something have got into the line and cause a blockage? the old ford L9000's we had at the concrete plant had a hydraulic ram assist steering...the packing came apart from the ram and the pressure from the steerping pump jammed it into the one of the ports on the ram....the truck couldn't be steered at all!
Same thing could be happening here....something could be in the line preventing fluid from being shoved all the way through to the slave.

65sb--where the line crosses from the frame rail to the slave--does the line have a hump in it?? was fixing a f450 for a friend, had same problem. seen hump in line,yup. air got locked in the top, but some fluid would flow. took the slave,line,and mc off, and bench bled it with the line straight--bled near instant, no more air bubbles. and had clutch after reassembly!!!!!!!!!!!

just as a check point, you have replaced the master cylinder, slave cyilinder and checked the clutch line.....and all are ok, right?

ok i finally figured it out, the clutch rod was not adjusted right!!!!!!!!

??? Assuming it had not been previously adjusted, what would cause the clutch rod to be that far out of adjustment?

I guess when it comes brand new in the package, it is all the way in and it is up to you to adjust it???
