could something have got into the line and cause a blockage? the old ford L9000's we had at the concrete plant had a hydraulic ram assist steering...the packing came apart from the ram and the pressure from the steerping pump jammed it into the one of the ports on the ram....the truck couldn't be steered at all!
Same thing could be happening here....something could be in the line preventing fluid from being shoved all the way through to the slave.

65sb--where the line crosses from the frame rail to the slave--does the line have a hump in it?? was fixing a f450 for a friend, had same problem. seen hump in line,yup. air got locked in the top, but some fluid would flow. took the slave,line,and mc off, and bench bled it with the line straight--bled near instant, no more air bubbles. and had clutch after reassembly!!!!!!!!!!!

take it all off, and bleed on bench anywho--youve already spent a bunch of time on it-----
