Ok, before you do anything else, try jumping the truck while starting it.
Get another truck preferably, (but I have jumped mine with a tiny little camry before, with no problem.).
Set the jumper cables up. Run the other vehicle at a high idle for 5 to ten minutes, minimum.
Then, with the other vehicle still at a high idle, try to start your truck.
