This is on a 2000 crew cab 4x4. Single 40 gal poly tank. I've had both tanks off my 93. Front tank was easy, back tank was a nightmare. Of course it was the one that sprung a leak so not replacing it wasn't really an option.
This 40 gal tank wasn't bad at all. Still have the fill tube connected but was able to unbolt it and set it down on blocks giving me enough room to get the old break line out. New line is going in tomorrow. Just trying to decide whether to get the tools to disconnect the supply and return lines and drop the rest of the way to do the mods now, or finish the breaks and button it all back up to get her back on the road. Oh, and I think I lost the starter on the '93 tonight so may need to take 20 min and replace that again tomorrow too.
