Is this one of those friggin' Freightshaker ground start systems that the asians and europeans used for years? If it has a cat in it it is a split system most likley, What a Healthy PITA. If you are still having problems start by Isolating the wires and make shure that the switched return is not going to ground, aqlfo they like to have internal harness meltdowns, mostly where the wiring to the hood is run by the hood hinges. If that doest work out PM me and ill give you my number. Ive worked on quite a few of these.

The boss has decided to have me re-wire the truck from the cab back (it is a body-job water truck) because the top rear tank marker lights are not working when the rest are and upon closer inspection we discovered the wiring to be in poor condition, so after the unit is re-wired I will PM you if that doesn't solve it or post here if it does. Thanks
