Exhaust d.p/manifold. prep/ removal

High temp paint?Putting in new passenger side manifold once the rest of the bolts come out (1 out of 8 so far have a new banks pipe to go in as well alrdy sprayed with vht, have titanium wrap to go on says wait 7 days to cure. has anyone ever ceramic baked anything in there home? Lol is it worth painting my manifold and or using titanium exhaust wrap? Just looking for reliability vs performance any ideas on what's better for turbo/motor/ exhaust I'm more than appreciative and will post pics!

Exhaust wrap is known to shorten the life of exhaust pipes and components. It voids the warranty on most aftermarket exhaust headers.

Thx no warranty on these old girls lol just looking to protect trans from downpipe and help with exhaust scavenge by keeping heat in pipe?
