You should get a low reading. Shouldn't be 0 but also shouldn't be infinite.

Wires should nave 0 ohms. That is no resistance in the wires.

Well they have 0ohms we will see if this pcm fixes it I bit the bullet bad got it because I need my truck back asap. So its supposed to arrive monday. I appreciate all your guys help. If it doesnt fix it I will keep you guys updated.
