My question is when going down the highway about 65mph and at a steady rpm when I romp on it to pass someone or just playin, my truck sounds normal, then cuts out or gets way quiet for a second. I dont know if it could possibl.y be my turbo or what. My motor and Exhaust goes from a loud to quiet in a second but always comes back to its normal harmonic. Doesn't seem to effect power though.

Sounds like the EBPV is closing....this just random or cyclic?

If the turbo was going-----they don't come back!

Is your exh open.....?

My PSD did the same thing, when you "walk on it" the cam moves back in the block for a second away from the sensor and the AC voltage created by the sensor drops quickly. This quite common on the 466, I've had to replace them on the side of the road because the truck quit when they started to climb a grade.
