x3. Many of us have been through this. Replacing the return line hoses, o-rings and injector caps solved my problem a couple years ago. A leaky o ring in my fuel filter also caused this recently.
Yes....FREE. I am moving and I no longer have room for my tanks. Here is what I have:
a single 150gal white poly tank made by Ace Rotomold. There is a single fitting in the bottom side of the tank that I instaled. The lid is a spin on - 8" I believe.
I have a 1" 120V cheapo pump that...
Do you guys think there is any need to start with a 25 micron filter??? This isn't turkey grease or veggie oil, which might contain bones and chicken feathers. I'd think starting with 5 would be sufficient..just my opinion. The stuff I get i filter through a double stacked 5 micron sock...
I used it on my 69 F100 - inner fender sheetmetal, radiator support....basically anything under the hood. I put it on with a foam paint brush over a fairly course sandblasted surface ( used coal slag as blasting material )

My first thought was, who in hell orders a one ton dually truck with a small gas engine?
So I'm...
I recently posted a link to a half micron sock filter in one of the other threads. I bought one.
IT is the slowest damn thing I have ever seen!!!!
I was just running a mix of 70% diesel and the rest was WMO/WHO....through a 1 micron filter, it would pass as fast as my pump would push...
One of our test machines at work recently fell ill..... It is our test machine that we install prototype equipment on. I believe it was the one with the 275hp cummins but I'm not sure. Anyway, it started missing and running poorly...lots of smoke. The engine was under warrantee so Cummins...
There was a story on NPR a few months ago talking about the different states testing these. I had though states in the North East were playing with them, and 3-4-5 counties in NE Iowa too.
:puke:
