Are you going to do the fast fill vent mod?

Actually you and I already discussed that, I'm just so darn slow working on this that it was several months ago!

The link below will take you to my reply from last time, even though the text it's showing is from a different post, weird.

No worries, I'm surprised I even remembered honestly.

Short answer is yes.

The rain has been almost every day this year :frustrate

Since we're supposed to have beautiful weather this weekend I started working on the parts truck. As you can see, I don't really want to spend any time underneath this unless I have to....

I didn't realize that step was attached to the cab hahaha
I didn't even see the step underneath all of the rust until you mentioned it. I've seen exhaust like that, but not the hangers. All I can think when I see these pictures is "and people in Texas tell me that my Blue Truck has a lot of rust!". They have a hard time believing me when I tell them that I see trucks 20 years newer with the same amount of rust or more.
It's a little too far gone for even me to try and save LOL
But you can use it as a pattern to make a new one. :Thumbs Up

LOL LOL @chillman88 What is that???? Is that the stuff I've heard of but NEVER seen?? That stuff they call "RUST?" LOL

I've been literally EVERYWHERE, absolutely everywhere all over these local 49 states & most of Canada during my semi-trucking days.....& even dare to say I've seen EVERYTHING ........but this is a new one on me!!!!!

They better hurry up & start making autos out of PLASTIC!!!!

I'm absolutely shocked. Not 6 inches away the frame is literally gone, but the bolts still came out of the driveshaft with very little fight.
