I could not discern a fuel smell but it was most definitely runnier than it should be. I will check to see how it separated.

Ok pressurizing the degas bottle I can hear a drip/leak in the oil pan. Can this in anyway be the oil cooler? I sure hope so.

I wonder if the front cover behind the water pump could have a pin hole in it?

I swapped the water pump when I put a used engine in it last year and it looked fine. I'm gonna pull the oil cooler just to be safe I guess

Upon draining the coolant there is definitely a little oil in the coolant as well. Not a lot but droplets floating in it.

If oil cooler was leaking I don’t think you would hear a leak being it is mounted so low and would mix with oil in the cooler. I think low air pressure in glow plug holes would tell you your cylinders condition as far as cavitation. Test each cylinder at top dead center and bottom dead center. Then go from there.

No I had the oil drained. Sorry for the confusion. I am just struggling to get the cooler out now. Everyone says it it just slides right out. Well that's my luck. Mine won't come out

I did mine recently. I had to loosen motor mount from frame (left nut on) and jacked it up an inch or so, still tight but came out.

If you do jack up engine, stay Away from sump area, you can crush pan into pickup.

Swapped out the oil cooler with one on another engine I have and it's behaving the exact same way. Water pours out the drain plug immediately when pressurized.

unfortunately you need to rebuild /replace the oil cooler....change the oil and replace the ICP and maybe the IPR just for kicks and giggles you most likely ly have corrupted the hpop and the entire HUEI system so you need to start over...AT least I would...
