IV delt with wes or @Thewespaul on a few pumps and all have been spot on plus his customer service is 5 star all day I know he has been a little busy but he has always anwsered the phone when I call

I’ve actually had no issues getting ahold of Justin like some people say.

Ive been using the same pump shop for over 40 years, not one warranty issue ever. Not many can say that.
They are a little more but I firmly believe you get what you pay for.
And they have EXPERIENCE.

For what it's worth, this is Russ. I'm extremely happy with the turbo modifications I received from him even though they aren't installed yet.

I COMPLETELY understand having a hard time spending the money, but once you pull a junk pump a couple times for a warranty exchange, the price difference quickly evens out!

Wouldn't go to anyone outside of the 4. Avoid Pensacola.

Do you still have the mechanical pump installed? If it is, and the diaphragm is bad, your electric pump may be pushing fuel past it.

I didn't read the whole thread, but this is the only advice you're needing for suppliers.

I've dealt with Wes, Russ and Mel. You can't get any better. BTW I'm not dis ing Justin, I just never dealt with him.

Tried to contact Classic Diesel Design about an injection pump a month ago and no response yet, contacted Mel @ Conestoga Diesel twice now over with the 1st and 2nd email being 3 weeks apart and its been over a month and no response. Do these guys just not respond to emails even though their sites say they will?

Have you tried another method for contact? Try something old fashioned, give them a call! I know Mel's number is on the site. Not sure about Wes (CDD). If you can't find a phone number for him PM me.
