Yes sir, and it ripped still. Crazy

Is the penatration at top or bottom of the filter? I have had a issue with a same size filter on a cat before and had to stabe it a few times at the top get it to turn.

I started at the middle because that’s the only place I could reach it when I had the engine in the truck. Then once it was out I tried at the top. Still couldn’t get it. I think I’m just going to swap oil cooler headers. I have the stuff to re seal it anyways. Super weird, I’ve never had an issue until I used this other brand filter

Anyone snapped a leaf spring at the wrap? Happened to me today while I was installing a rear shackle flip kit. Looks like new springs are gonna be going in

I didn't do too much to the trucks today since I'm still waiting on parts, but I did get to install the new fsv and E pump. The fsv is the $50 "amazon special".

The E pump is a new holley red. I am upgrading from a smaller holley pump but will be keeping the old one behind the seat as a spare. Originally I planned on making a single bracket to mount the fsv, water separator, and pump, but do to the parking break cable it would have to hang to low. I just kept the fsv in the original location. The water separator will be on the right side of the pump once I figure out how to mount it

It's nowhere near as low as it looks, just the angle. I think U bolts are the only answer

Did a muffler delete on the dually today.

Original muffler packed with soot. Has to weigh 50# or more.

Don't pick on my fence wire, it's only temporary LOL

Have to go haul a truck next weekend and would like to free up a little bit of power if at all possible, we'll see!

There’s nothing I love more than glass packs screaming at me on the freeway LOL
