My truck is a f350 and it seems to fit fine. Only complaint i have so far is there is 2 notches on the back of the headliner that don't seem to line up with anything and is visible above the perimeter cover.

Except that mine is a crew cab and they didn't make F250 crew cabs in the Brick Nose days. That's why I stopped looking.
I have been looking for a headliner for a long time for a crew cab. Mine is an OBS but still I can’t find one anywhere for any body style. My guess is because they are so hard to ship.
