Thanks. Yeah we're hoping to make a trip anyway. Catch up with you guys and some family too. I'm hoping to swing by near the middle of the week if plans work out. Can't really afford to drive out, and stay. I'll start buying lottery tickets and maybe I'll get lucky lol.

I'll probably bring the tent just in case.

Well shucks guys. I've been delaying writing this for as long as I could in hopes that something would change. But I guess its time to let facts be facts. I'm just not going to be able to swing it this year finance wise.
I'm excited to hear about the great times I'm sure you all will have, and yes I'll be jealous as hell .

that is correct unfortunately, that campground itself has yurts though

On another unrelated note, is this thread going to get moved to the idi forum eventually? I remember towcat saying it would be moved back there as time got closer.

I'll have to nail down our plans. Even though we won't technically be going to the rally I believe we should be heading that direction on Sunday and it would be great to convoy if it works out.

what is the distance between the two campgrounds?

the width of the stream is the distance between the camp ground, unfortunately unless you wade through the water i dont think there is a direct route to walk. it will be several minutes walking or a short drive.
