So tonight I installed a pressure gauge between lift pump and injector pump. Reads 8psi idle and down to 4-5psi 2k rpm. Thats facet pump- no regulator. Then I installed clear hose on the return side. no bubbles seen anywhere. I even checked my timing (which is dead on) and still no bubbles. Let the truck sit off for 2 hours, no bubbles. Next thing im going to look at is glow plug system.

I think I have it figured put guys, I plug the truck in for an hour and boom. fires up immediately after the WTS light goes out. I have a short to ground in the glow plug harness. unplugged harness from controller and all glow plugs, 7ohms at connector to ground. Ill be ripping it out and installing a modified 6.0 glow plug harness. So turns out I may have been having two issues all along. Glow plug harness and air intrusion
