WMO (synthetics and/or gear oil ok?)

I have searched the archives here. I already see that high concentrates are a bad idea. Is 2-3 gal:20gal diesel a bad thing, is that lean enough to not harm the engine in any way? I want to burn it but not at the cost of shortening engine life.

Can I burn gear oil and synthetic ATF/Gear oil the same as conventional motor oil like the Rotella that I just took out?

I'd say if you wanna burn it and not shorten engine life you are dreaming.
