What year of Ford Taurus fan is best. Are there any other alternatives that push as much air too?

No just wandering the same thing as op, are there any other fans that push just as much. I have heard that the Ford Windstar fan is as good or better, but no proof yet.

The fans from the older Cougars, TBirds and Taurus are all the same fan. It flows 3k CFM on the high setting, it does its job but when it kicks on you'll know it. I haven't done the swap on my IDI yet but my gasser got done and boy was it one hellovan upgrade, gave me an excuse to buy a PSD alternator as well.
