it is a 4 speed H pattern no overdrive with a very low granny 1st gear.
it is on my 89 f350 4wd bolted to a 460.

Could it also be a NP435? Had one in my 1987.

T-18 will have an iron case and top cover, a straight cut unsynchronized 1st gear.
T-19 will have an iron case and top cover, a helical cut synchronized 1st.
NP-435 will have an iron case and an aluminum top cover, straight cut unsynchronized 1st.
It should be one of the T series Brog Warner.
