there is an e-pump and soup bowl delete mod you can do, mainly for the 97 and earlier powerstrokes.

if you just want to fix it, a replacement pump is the way to go,
if you want to mod it, have at it!

So my 94 turbo IDI dont have a soup bowl right ?
Can i still block off the mechanical fuel pump and use a small electric diesel fuel pump ?
Do i just wire it into the Ignition ?

N/A's have soup bowls but its in the air cleaner.
your turbo does niot, and yes you can block it off and use a small pump.
I would run a relay and rob power from the ignition circuit.

You dont think robbing power from ignition will affect glow plugs or the relay ?
that's why you put it on a relay. I hard wire them to the battery, so the fuel pump isn't robbing power from the ignition circuit, only relay power which is minimal

you can buy a wire kit to install fog lights from amazon or ebay and use it to run the pump.
I did a homebrew set up with a junkyard relay.

something like this:

that's not a recommendation, just an example. it's just the first one that showed up

disable/bypass the push button switch or hide it under the dash as an anti-theft anti-carjack kill switch
