I am looking for a pic or measurements of both the adapter for the shaft and the bracket so I can manufacture my own since they seem to be impossible to find. I have a lathe plasma cnc and a brake press. I could possible make more

I have a bracket and TPS. I've never gotten around to pulling them or testing the TPS, but they are on my factory ZF5 truck, so I don't need them.

Nice that you want to attempt making one but my thoughts are your going to need angles and some small taps to make the driver. then milling the tab on the mounting cylinder is going to be ruff. But try if you will.My hats off if you can make both pieces. I would think any wrecking yard has a few E4OD equipped trucks available to harvest these parts from. I asked a diesel injection pump repair shop for the drive piece that has the two very small allen screws in that attaches to the throttle shaft. I went in to buy but they gave me one free. I was a repeat customer they recognized I guess.
