torque preload

could somebody please tell me the torque/preload of the hub bearings on a dana 70 rear. I'm used to the 10.25 with the clicks. Also can the drum be removed seperate of the hub? If so that would be reaaaal sweet thanks guys

Doesn't sound like the Dana 70HD that I know. I don't know about your bus, but a 97 Ford should have had a Sterling 10.25 under it. I didn't think Ford was using Dana's smaller than an 80 anymore.

Its a 89 or 90 cubevan pretty sure it's a dana axle
