Throttle cable HELP!!!

I looked all over the country for a 37" throttle cable after mine cracked on the inside where it is fused. And I'd like to know, would a 36.24 inch from NAPA fit but if it doesn't could you guys kinda scout around and if ya find a 37 inch cable for a 1990 f350 diesel, could ya give me the name number and location of the place? Thank you very much.

Look at the local wrecking yard. I was fortunate enuff to find a spare at the one here in Vancouver.
