Steering wheel repair

The leather on the steering wheel in my 1997 F250 power stroke is coming a part. Is there any companies that can recover them or repair them? Alternatively I could change the steering wheel to a rubber one if I can find one.

LMC sells them - at least for my 92 they did - I think it’s the same for you?

I got the same problem. My wheel from a 94 F250 is shedding its skin too! Googling I found this outfit who appear family oriented, do what you and I both are looking for. Unfortunately, I still have not contacted them to see what the cost is to do a steering wheel. You might give them a try and let us know what happens.

Problem with buying a used vehicle with a leather wrapped wheel, you get the sweat, grease and what ever off the prior owner`s and who ever drove it....yuck...

You got me looking at my wheel now. I found another outfit here in Florida. You can DIY with their kit or it looks like they will re-do yours for $350. Check it out.
