New windshield installed. Now I can finally get the safety inspection.
I agree if you're doing your own work without the manual it's just guessing. There's a ebay guy has complete 3 volume sets of ford manuals on PDF for $10, I got one for my bricknose 91 and another set for '93 |(even tho they're largely the same) and again for the '06, and also came with the engine supplements. As I actually need a section I print the pages out and put them in a binder.
Did this. I got tired of the post adapters on my group 31 batteries. Now it'll be easy when I go to the IH shop to get new batteries.
Do you have a link to the seller?
Actually, ntimad, seller is apparently a mom.
We have a storm free week coming up so it was time to get her washed up and some wax slapped on.
New bugshield arrives tomorrow!
Wife got a chunk of something in a tire so had to push her into daily service for a few days until a tire comes in.
Dang it! I have to drive the IDI truck! Man, I HATE it when that happens!

I can perfectly understand that one!
Then maybe it needs more power
That's what V plows are made for!
She could use a little more steam. I’ve never done any tuning at all. It’s always been get it running. Need to do some poking over the winter. Play with the timing a bit. Try retarding it. Need to see if I can find what to me sounds like an exhaust leak that has developed. I sure hope that’s what it is. Other possibilities are not as palatable.
She needs a cooling system upgrade and a couple other minor things too. Snows about to fly so she’s gonna do a lot of hibernating soon.
