Didn't the D70 or Sterling 10.25 in the 85-86 250's depend on if it was an HD 250? I thought there was an HD 250, which would have had the 10.25. Correct me if I am wrong.

The 10.25 was available in both semi floating and full floating. Same for the Dana 60. Dana 70 is a full floater only.

And the "light duty" 250's came out in the early 80's and lasted till the end of the OBS era.

No. 15" wheels will not fit on these trucks unless there is only about 2" offset and I can honestly say I only have even seen ONE SET custom built like that for a rock buggy

Yes the 97 and 98 F-250 Light Duty (Has the 150 body, my Dad owns a 97) with an Independent front suspension with CV's and a Sterling 10.25 Semi-Floater with 7 Lug, 16 inch wheels..... I don't think any F-250 had 15" wheels, I know that even back in 73 they had 16, or 16.5 inch wheels. I think only the F-100 and F-150's had 15 inch wheels......

I was working at a bank the other day and he had an 05 or 06 f150 extended cab long bed that was 7a lug. It was some special order option according to him.
