jaybee did this on his truck. '99 E350 dually rear. Good...disc brake rear and the Ebrake assy's are intergrated on the axle assembly too. There are E450 axles out there too but the Ebrake is not intergral. Bad....the spring perches on the van chassis is the widest of all the truck chassis. There is no mistake you will have to weld new perches on. Period. Also, depending on how you measure the outside wheel width, the spread is easily 100" wide if not 102" So not only you will have dually doughouses but you might need to put in those rubber fender flares too. I am working on putting in a E-series disce brake rear on my truck. Still in the planning stages, have alot of studying to do.
