Well, I'm getting set to change out the Pump and Inj's. I've noticed that the Banks Turbo Kit re-locates the GP controller with a bracket attached to the intake manifold.
It'll have to come off, in order to replace the return lines?
I don't like the idea of removing the two bolts holding the bracket/intake runner. Will I loose the intake gasket seal? Warp the intake? Am I being paranoid?

Any other tips, tricks, cheats involving the R&R with turbo, would be greatly appreciated

No worries. I've removed mine with no ill effects. The other intake bolts will hold it down.

just make sure everything is even temp, like letting it sit overnight in air temp. I have had to do things the hard way without choice because i was dealing with 45F sea water and 90F parts with a minimum of 2 hours lapse period. Including propeller cutlass bearings, wich opposite parts are opposite metals, like steel and aluminum, but a bfh and aluminum sleeve suited the job failrly well. Moral make it easy and take the luxory of time.

Best regards
