So I'm in the process of freshening up the front end of my TTB. So far I've replaced the spring and shackle bushings, pulled all the steering components.... now i'm on to the pivot bushings. Do I need to disconnect the front driveshaft to get the axle to drop? Also note, the springs are not connected back to the frame.

No you do not need to disconnect the driveshaft. I would do each pivot bushing separately starting with the longest beam.

Alright got the pivot bushings pressed in & attached back to the frame. Any tips for getting the leaf springs back into the hangers? I'm having trouble getting them to align crosscar.

Note: I replaced the leaf spring and shackle bushings... U Bolts are still connected. I'm thinking it would be easier to pop off the U bolts; attach the spring back to the frame; then reattach the U Bolts

Its easier to align 1 leaf vs an axle and 2 springs.
You can try driving the wheels to align the fixed eyes first.
