Yes your valley pan drain plug is definitely more of a plug than a drain. You need to rod it out. Stick a wire or something down in there and get it to flush. You'll see it easy enough if you get behind the intake and look as far back on the valley pan as you can. All you've probably done at this point is swap fuel for water, unless you shop vac'ed it dry.
I see drain now, thanks guys, I will need to reem it. Ya I dried the valley pan after wash, there was so much dirt and baby powder caked in the back I couldnt see drain.
I see it now.
