Old turbo question

Would a garrett rebuild kit for a T04 setup work for an old banks turbo? Its the non wastegated one.

Sorry, let me rephrase that. I've got the old banks kit (nonwastegated with big box) and the turbos got alot of play but no fin contact and id like to rebuild it and was just wanting to know exactly what rebuild kit to get. I have looked all over the whole turbo setup and only found a tag with part and model numbers but dont know where to look them up.
