i believe the thing your talking about with copper is just a distrabuter to spread the propane more evenly in the air stream
For a nozzle I used the tip from a propane torch. ( like the plumber uses to solder copper pipes )

I did mine all homemade, had help / advice from a local fellow who does propane conversions for taxi cabs. I have three safety features: two stages of regulators, engine oil pressure required to let the system operate, and a flashback arrestor on the supply line. Generally speaking it is turned on at almost wide open throttle by a micro switch but I also have two manual switches on the dash. One turns on the system as a master control and the other overides the throttle control. I also have two LED lites to monitor the system while I drive, one is to show the system is on and the other lites up when the propane is flowing. I do get better pulling power in the hills and better MPG's. I think the diesel fuel burns more complete. Biggest problem is there is a big variation in the fuel / propane mixture as you press on the go pedal when in manual mode something that I think the "kits" account for with some electronics.

Sorry I don't have a turbo and I have not tried multiple positions. ( OK ! OK! I'll add in the " since I have been married " part )![]()

The switches were purchased from a forklift repair shop and are propane approved. My throttle mounted micro switch was also purchased from the forklift shop and modified to suit. Have fun, think safety first and use a bottle of compressed air to test the system before your hook up the propane for the first time. PS : I leak test the system before every mountain trip, never leave the tanks on overnite and someday I plan on adding a propane gas leak detector under the hood and wiring the indicator back into the cab. They make them now for RV trailers where the remote sensor is in the up front propane bay and the alarm is inside the living quarters, 12 volt operated I believe.so is it better to run the propane into the intake before or after the turbo? also would mulitple injection positions be better than just one? thanks

i would think it would be better to put it before the turbo that way it will always flow the same.
if you put it after the turbo you will need higher pressure in the injector to keep the flow the same or increasing as boost rises. like when filling a tire. an empty tire will blow up fast but as the pressure in the tire increases the slower the air flows into it. see what i mean? or maybe it doesn't matter![]()
