84f250 Just put in a napa clutch throwout and pressure plateall good but there is a chatter when the pedal is all the way up. Push the pedal down an inch noise quits. Crawl under the truck an pull yoke fork to release more about an eighth of an inch and the noise quits. Whats up whith this you all????? Richtrailrider

I think it might be riding on the clutch forks? My fwc bearing did that to me and i just replaced it witha napa one and its quiet.

You should be riding on the clutch pressure plate all the time. That's the way these hydraulic clutch setups work. I am not sure why yours is not against the clutch pressure plate, unless you modified something to bring it back. Usually if you give the throwout bearing any play, you do not have enough travel in the clutch pedal to disengage the clutch all the way.
