is this where you are suppose to measure the psi output of the hpop? Anyone done it before? Pics? advice?

no, to test hpop pressure you use a scan tool , or one of the 5/8 plugs in the head

scan tool? where can i use one of those? If i cant find a place to for cheap how much does the stealer ship charge?

you need the base package and the enhanced Ford package. that will give access to just about every parameter the ECU measures. total price is around $400. I wish I would have went that way. I bought a drewtech mongoose and it doesn't measure everything and their software is terrible. $650 but I can reflash stuff if I ever get into that sort of thing. I'll be ordering the Auto Enginuity package someday. First I need to find a Cummins 6BT for my 2000 F250.
