I've seen 4 before, but it ain't factory, Factory aft and mid-ship tanks, suicide tank (in cab) out of an older truck, and in bed tank. Hmm, I wonder if there are any legal issues with retrofitting a newer truck with the suicide tank?
You know what the sad part is Chris, round my area, or probably even yours that truck would bring a small fortune for being rust free.
Is it just my crap monitor/eyes, or is the passenger side rear of the bed cocked slightly?

Three tanks is in the bed one drivers side rear, 2 more in the bed behind the cab. Hard to see.

For four tanks the in-cab setup would be my last choice, instead I'd go for saddle-mount Chevy tanks outside the frame rails - they're hidden, can be protected pretty well, and there ain't no loss of bed space. But I do think OldBull is right, notice the rectangular boxes in the front corner of the bed? Those don't really look like toolboxes to me...

If I were me, I would drop another 19 gallon midship tank in between the frame rails on the passenger side.
Then I would upgrade to the 38 gallon LMC truck tank for the aft tank.
This would give you a cool and easy 76 gallons on fuel....or roughly 290 liters....WOW!!!
Up here you could get that kind of price for a good truck like RJJP pointed out. Anythnig you see up here is rusted out, abused and used up.
That;s why I was as shocked as I was to get my hands on that rust free CCLB 2wd for $1200....mind you it's only a glider truck with no engine or trans in it...but it is rust free!!!

Lol, and after you have the passenger-side midship tank you can still run the Chevy outboard tanks - adds another 30-40 gallons to what you calculated already, and your bed is still completely empty. Not quite sure where the exhaust would go tho, lol

Could you imagine going to the fuel station, inserting the nozzle and pumping off 120 gallons of fuel at 4.73 a gallon!!!
$570 of diesel later and you are fueled for 2 months......if you are me anyways

What would 120 gallons of diesel weigh? 7.3 pounds per US gallon is what I can find....
876 pounds of weight later....and the only thing you have in the bed is a spare tire.
Man, I would love to have that kinda range....but only if the apocolypse comes to town!!
As for the exhaust.....either straight up through the hood, OR side mounted stacks at the cab corners.....dual rear wheels are now a must!

Hell, while we're at it why not put the mid-ship tank from a 05 or so in it (38 US Gallons).

JP5= 1008.7lbs (457.54kg)
Kerosene=1053.36lbs (477.8kg)
No need for 4x4 in winter... or adding weight for those who do.

Well don't you drive a dump truck? One would think you should be used to pumping in that much fuel at once, lol. But I think RLDSL has it worse, IIRC he has the factory tanks and a 150-gal semi tank in the bed, now that's a serious refueling expense if I ever saw one

Is it me, or is the inside of the bed a different color than the rest of the truck? I wonder if that means the bed's been replaced, or the entire truck's been resprayed...if so, what's hiding underneath the fresh paint?

Bed's custom because of the modded filler necks for the 189432 thousand gas tanks. As for the color, people don't think sometimes when they mod; perhaps he couldn't mix the same color.
Around here, the hammer would fall high at 4k. I could have a more desirable truck for that price.
