I want it stronger, i have an extra 1356 outside i can beef up and they swap them out.

Ive never heard of someone having an issue with the transfer case as far as its strength. To be honest with you, The engine is just not powerful enough to really make that an issue. If you want to throw some money at something upgrade the front end. You have a 250 right? A few people here have swapped their Dana 44/50 Twin Traction Beam axle for a Dana 60 (from a F-350) solid axle.

Ill look into that, i honestly wouldnt know how to do that though.

I was looking at upgrading the transfer case for when i get my turbo (s) and cam. Ive been thinking about getting the long tubes made for the 6.9 and doing twin remote mounts.

Well i got a little more white smoke today. I drove 4 hours round trip. Every time i stopped and let the truck idle i would get a lot of white smoke, it would smoke while ideling but still no issue while driving.
