White smoke on cold start up is pretty normal. If youre smoking while driving you have problems. then it could be injectors, ip, headgaskets, cavitation, water in fuel etc. does the exhaust smell sweet like coolant?

I dont notice the smoke while im driving but it seems to be smoking while its sitting. After start up and when not in use but running. I havnt noticed anything other than a normal diesel exhaust smell. It has no problem starting, it barely turns over before it starts, there is no hesitation right now. I am pulling about 12K tomorrow so if there is an issue with it, ill find out.

I am going to do new coolant, I doubt the SCA's are right. Injectors will be replaced in a couple months along with new gaskets and head studs. Transmission is getting a B&M +2 quart pan, transpak, filter kit, and obviously new fluid, Glo plugs will be done when the tranny is in a few weeks, as well as 3.5" straight pipe and new wheels.

How many points do the stock head bolts have, my truck has 12 point head bolts. Just wondering if they were stock.
