Sounds to me like somebody addedcthat fuse/relay box since you dont have those accessories.
None of those accessories are there.

[QUOTE
Are the contacts for the missing fuse still in the fuse box.?]
The fuse contacts are missing.

I have never seen a Ford fuse block labeled in that manor. Most likely it was installed by a upfiiter for additional accessories.
This is a Centurion up fit.

I tore the whole mess out. Still starts with the key. Everything else works like it should.
Now I can see way back in under the dash. There where only two wires that went any place. One went to the rear of the truck, and the other is a ground wire that connected to all those three relays.

The 4wd im not too familar with the electronics.but i just fixed a chevy.had to replace the position sensor thing in the motor case on thevtransfer case.it had no indicators till that was replaced.

This is what I suspect also.
Going thru the wiring manual last nite, I found out I missed plugging in the third connector to the GEM, must be hiding back in there someplace.
Whoever designed that GEM must have been on cloud NINE for a while. LOL

Holy gallopping octopuss', missed your post, you can see I posted one minute after you. The harness is on it's way today, just boxed it up tonite, it's 12:09 AM here.

Are you still trying to solve the slow/delayed window problem. There is a delay accessories relay in the GEM circuit.

I sent the wiring manual back to David in TX, and I didn't copy any of the window circuit. I have a circuit of the GEM tho, I can look thry there and see if that would effect the windows.

Is the starter issue electrical or mechanical?

By electrical I mean no power to starter.
Mechanical would be, power to starter but won't crank.

it will crank, takes a while to start in the mornings, seems to be fine after that.
50* ambient temps.

i thought it was my bran new batteries, but they tested the starter and it failed.
ive had the starter in there ever since ive owned the truck, so i opted to change it.

soon as i get a chance to change it that is.....

Probably just the brushes in the starter are wore out or maybe just stuck so there not touching the commutator. If it has bronze bearings, they wear and the Poles magnetic force will make the armature scrub them, that's like locking up the starter so it won't turn or very slowly.

Whooo Hooo. :point: :Thumbs Up Got er all fixed, the key starts it in Park and Neutral. Even the 4WD is fixed. There was/is no 3rd harness to plug into the GEM like I thought there might have been.

Been a couple of nasty days, rain and cold. 74*F today.

Gonna put the dash all back together today, change the oil, then take er for a drive, make sure everything works then. Hope I can reprogram the key fob, for lock/unlock, with the "new" GEM in it from Texas.

Dash is all back together.

Key fob is reprogrammed for lock/unlock and security button works.

Next is hooking up all the A-pillar gauges and install.
