How to replace the timimg cover left side

Well after many hours of trying to remove the idler bolt,I broke the cover.Would somebody tell me how and what I have to do to replace it?

There is no bolt to any idler that goes into the timing cover. I'm going to take a guess because you have a 93 truck that it has a serpentine belt. If thats the idler bolt you needed removed then you can remove the aluminum bracket and replace it our drill out the broken bolt. Ford dtill sells that mounting bracket at around $90.00 I recall. Get the updated bracket that allows the use of the updated tensioner with the shock absorber on it. Your going to need to remove the power steering pully to get the pump off the bracket as will you need to remove the vacuum pump pulley too. The ac compresser is easily removed and set aside. No need to drop the freon from the system. Only three bolts holds the aluminum bracket to the engine head too.
