How hot is too hot

I recently ordered mine. Just waiting for the second parcel to arrive with the upgraded fan. Already have the electric fan clutch and hardware in my shop waiting to go.

If it means anything i've been running this fan with factory fan clutch for about a year or so. My last few trips roughly 300 miles have been in the 100 to 110 degrees here in the summer AZ. 110 is ******* stuff but i'm able to keep my AC maxed out up the grades and no issues. Temps tend to climb when pulling grades at 110 but never goes past A-L on the stock gauge. I probably shouldn't rely on that stock gauge for accurate temps but it seems to pull the heat out much quicker than the stock fan.

Where do y'all have your temp probe mounted? I regularly see 220f and if I'm really pushing it 230f
