How do I ship an engine across the country?

Hey everyone! Couldn't find the perfect place to post this, so let me know if it's better elsewhere.

What is the best, most economical way to ship an engine across the country? What companies offer this service?

I know it has to be crated, but don't know if that's something that I have to build, or the company provides one, etc.?
