Not necessarily, my friend has a 93 F250 with an IDIT and the odometer. reads around 480k IIRC.

Holy Sheet, Batman! And here I figured at 235K mine was gettin up there! Looks like I got a ways to go!

1992 F250 7.3l
447k miles, just replaced it due to cavitation. It was building compression in the cooling system, repalced the gaskets and it still did it. So, it went in the scrap pile. In case you didn't know, when your odometer hits 400,000 miles on the 92-97 trucks they bounce back down to 300k miles. That being said, the truck could have bounced for 400k more then once, and could have actually been 547k miles, I am not 100% sure, but i know it 400k at least one time under my watch.
