My 94 7.3 idi turbo cannot be fixed. It shakes between 1100 and 1400 rpm. I had the injectors tested and 8 were bad, so replaced all 8. The problem still exist just not as bad, shakes at idle, in park at the low rpm and driving down the road. I just put a new pump and injectors on 3 years ago and I haven't put maybe 30000 miles on it since. What could be wrong.

I don't know if this is a possible cause, but the thing that strikes me is that 5 of your 8 injectors were bad at about 30,000 miles. Could your injector pump be bad too? I don't know if a bad pump could cause a shake or not. I'm DEFINITELY not qualified to answer that either way.

I had a IP fail in less than 25k, I'd bet its your problem. Air intrusion would happen all the time more than likely, not at a certain rpm. My bets on the IP.

Have you pulled the inspection plate off the E4OD to make sure your flex plate/TC are OK? If your injectors are dead at 30K I'd be willing to bet the IP isn't in the best shape either. Where did you get them from?

More information please.

he has been on but not answered. must not like our questions.

Part of learning is owning up to your mistakes in the community that can help you learn more... as far as I'm concerned this is a pretty gentle bunch when it comes to treating new guys making mistakes

I don’t know which is worse, someone who will post a question and then never respond to the answers. OR someone who post a question, then wants to argue with everyone about their responses
