I dunno when they were last folded but I think Henry Ford jr did it...

They should. They're hard to move though, if i remember right based on the 99 F150 i had. i don't think I ever folded them, but maybe i did once. i seem to recall someone passing too close in a parking lot and knocking into it, and it went back to normal because of being spring loaded.

They do fold in, but are super stiff. I found it easier to hit the mirror real ******* the end of it, rather than try and push with steady pressure. but be careful you may crack brittle plastic.

I just got a pic of one folded in, so who can dial me into the magnificent idea ferd used to build one of these?
I would love to watch all the plastic door clips commit suicide after 30 years in situ, when I try to pull the door panels:frustrate

I'm with Josh Bear, they fold in best if it's in 1st! They look a lot like the ones on my early 2000's F-series and should fold. Looks like a hinge at the bottom.

They look like the ones on my truck I pulled off of a 96ish bronco years ago. They fold, but it's a fine line between folding and breaking.
