Hard start even with new injectors, injection pump and glow plugs...help

I am having this same problem. Mine’s not drive able when started because it doesn’t seem to be injecting enough fuel into the cylinders.
How/where can I get help in Northern Oregon?

Once its running what does it do? Idle rough and smoke or act like its not getting any throttle input?
