Do you have 8 lug wheels or 10 lug wheels... If they are 10 lug wheels you wont find any differant gears. The 5.13 is the highest there is. You can get 5.26 or lower but nothing higher...

Is that for the 60 to? Or just the 10.25?

If worse comes to worse, I have a couple carriers with 4.11's for a 10.25 rear. I am building a Posi rearend out of a couple housings and carriers. the only thing I can't help you with is the D60 front. I only have the one that is under my truck with 3.54's in it.

your actual gearing is;
4.65:1 with 5.13's and 35" tall tires.

if you swap in a set of 4.10's your gearing will be;
3.71:1

the easiest thing to do,would be to just hit up the local salvage yard for another $150-$200 SRW pickup axle with 4.10's.grab some new U-bolts and away you go before lunch.pretty easy and cheap that way.
then you can sell your rear axle locally to a heavy hauler,or someone with a lift and big tires and get your $ back,or most of it anyway.
this is what id do.

Too bad you're soo dang far away, I might trade you axles, but no way it's be worth trying to ship that kind of stuff.
For a 10.25 ford rear you can get a 4.10, 3.73 and a few others that will slip right in that case if it's an actual 10.25, but you may have a 10.5. I have 4.10 right now it's not bad overall, but I tow really heavy , and I've got double overdrive so I could stand a lower rear
