Heres an update
Yesterday in school i pulled of the drums on both sides and discovered that my rear diff decided to be nice and share some of its gear oil w/ my rear brakes.

So i got new axel seals for both sides.
on my left rear the shoe material was about 50% gone.
My right side was a bit more interesting. my teacher and i beat on the drum w/ a dead-blow hammer and got it loosened up but it would not come off. to day when i got to school he told me that they got the right drum off. so i go in the shop and it is in about 4 peices. i then took the hub off and discovered that the auto adjuster was adjusted out so much that it almost came apart and was jamming the shoes against the drum. because of this the shoes, which were completley gone by the way, had turned themselves into a lathe. this created about a 1/8" lip on the drum preventing it from sliding off. so after school i got a new drum.
I have got 2 new wheel cylinders, new hardware kit and spring kit, & of course shoes.
after discovering all of this i am pretty sure i was running only on my front brakes. hopefuly fixing the rears will help w/ the fronts. i think someone that participated in this thread said that rears that are adjusted wrong can make the fronts do funny things.
I wll try to post some pics of the carnage!
