Is it worth it to buy one of these things for $190 (cheapest I've seen)?

I'm wanting to do my IP & injector R&R very soon, but I'm mostly worried about the timing being off after it's done and I guarantee there's nobody around here that could time my truck.

Unless, of course, if someone might be willing to let me borrow their ferret? :dunno I dunno.

I got one and works great for me. I change my timing in the summer due to running more WMO and need to advance my timing and opposite in winter. I think I paid around $230 shipped to the house about a year ago. If you play around with your motor alot its worth having.
